STRUCTURE OVER THE YEARS

With over 30 years in the trade, Structure brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry.

Structure was founded by Shannon Moyle, a carpenter by trade, who stepped into the industry in 1993 and worked his way through the industry from Apprentice to Founder and CEO.

As a director, developer, and investor, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Structure. Shannon purchased his father’s company, Moyle Construction, which at the time had 8 employees. He then grew the business to 95 staff and merged with a local commercial company, leading Form Construction to four Westpac “Business of the Year” awards in 2009. He stepped down from the day-to-day work at Form in 2017 to focus solely on development projects, working hand-in-hand with local construction companies.

With 15 years of construction experience, Shannon set on broadening the company’s base. That is exactly what he did. The Structure is now an award-winning development company specialising in residential, commercial, and industrial developments. It delivers long-term value to investors and homeowners, capitalising on a broad range of opportunities.
