Auckland Construction Manager Wanted Here’s the Structure:

 

Are you a builder or project manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our development projects.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction phases from start to finish, including procurement, subcontractors, suppliers, and timeline.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Daily monitoring and reporting of project progress, identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare project reports and presentations and ensure all Council inspections are adhered to. As well as applying for Code of Compliance and Title documents (223/224 etc).
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards and specifications.
